Sex Therapy

Sex is important—but its purpose goes far beyond reproduction. It is a source of connection, pleasure, and expression. Intimacy is equally vital, and it does not always require sex. Together, we can explore ways to deepen intimacy—whether within your relationship with yourself or with a partner or partners. Perhaps your goal is to rediscover or ignite passion and desire in your relationship. My first priority is helping individuals feel safe, grounded, and connected to their own sexuality.

I believe in the value of healthy sexual relationships, and I know that for those navigating the sometimes complicated world of dating, the foundation of these relationships begins with self-knowledge and self-intimacy. I work with a wide range of experiences: single individuals seeking to deepen self-intimacy, those casually dating, couples in short- or long-term monogamous relationships, and those in ethically non-monogamous relationships.

I also bring training and experience addressing challenges often associated with sexuality, including shame, low self-esteem, low or mismatched desire, erectile dysfunction, pornography use, and sexual trauma. My work is grounded in creating a space where individuals and couples can explore, heal, and cultivate connection, pleasure, and intimacy in ways that feel safe and meaningful.
