There are many benefits to “Walk & Talk” therapy. Research shows that our minds and our bodies process stored emotional pain and trauma more effectively when we are in motion. Walking together also provides a natural way to co-regulate and attune to one another. And just look around us - we are surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of nature, a gentle reminder of life’s constant flow, growth, and resilience in the face of obstacles.

We can choose a comfortable, accessible path, with privacy and confidentiality in mind. This approach is particularly helpful for those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or stress, but it’s also a wonderful option for anyone who wants to move, breathe, and experience the healing benefits of nature during therapy.
