My hope in working with you is simple: I want to know the human. I want your stories, your experiences, your dreams. I want to know who you love - and perhaps struggle with - what weighs on you, what gives you purpose. I come with the humility of the existential perspective, knowing I can never fully walk your path, yet together we can wander through it, exploring your joys, your sorrows, the places you hide, and even what you may not yet know about yourself. Some of it may feel fragile, some of it frightening - but I hope you will see it as power, as possibility.
We will uncover the resilience you already carry, the quiet strength that has brought you here. My work draws on self-compassion, existential thought, and narrative reflection, with the intention of guiding you toward connection, acceptance, and kindness for yourself. I bring curiosity without end, hoping to illuminate what it is you most long for - not only in these sessions, but in the unfolding of your life. There may be heaviness, there may be laughter at the absurdity and beauty of it all. And here is what I can say with certainty: by reading this far, you have already taken a step toward seeing yourself more fully.
"I wonder if you can ever be at home anywhere, because home is not a place -it's a state of mind. Really being at home is feeling at home in your own skin... Perhaps you have been searching for home in the wrong place all your life.
- Irvin D. Yalom
